“As a local business owner, I believe it’s vital to support the next generation, which is why I enjoy helping with these interviews. This year’s candidates were incredibly impressive—articulate, mature, and so full of potential that it made the selection process a genuine challenge. It was also fascinating to hear their different perspectives on navigating new technologies, which reaffirmed that the future of our community is in very capable hands.”
— Michael Bwauchamp, Local IT
“The interviews for the Junior Ambassadors program were an absolute highlight of my summer—they went smoothly and were filled with energy. I chose to volunteer because I believe in fostering the next generation of leaders in our local area, and this program provides a unique opportunity to identify and nurture talent among high school juniors who are eager to make a positive impact. What stood out most to me about the students was their genuine passion and creative ideas for community service, which reminded me why investing in the next generation is so rewarding.”

The Foundation looks forward to an exciting year ahead as these students take part in leadership workshops, volunteer opportunities, and hands-on experiences designed to prepare them for future success.
