Travis Valentine
President & CEO
As President & CEO of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Travis leads with a clear vision: to strengthen the regional economy by supporting businesses, building strategic partnerships, and fostering community growth. Known for his high energy, collaborative spirit, and forward-thinking approach, he is committed to advancing the Chamber’s mission and making a lasting impact across South Baldwin County.
Travis joined the Chamber in 2015 and, since stepping into the role of President & CEO in 2025, has continued to drive momentum for the organization, championing member engagement, innovation, and workforce development. He is especially passionate about helping members realize the value of Chamber involvement and connecting early career professionals to the opportunities it brings—an effort that led to his co-founding of the Lower Alabama Young Professionals (LAYP), a network designed to cultivate the next generation of local leaders.

Travis is a proud graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management and holds the distinction of Alabama Accredited Chamber Executive, awarded by the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama. His commitment to professional excellence mirrors his dedication to the businesses and communities he serves.

Kylee Raulerson
Community Workforce & Foundation
Executive Director
Kylee has been a dedicated member of the South Baldwin Chamber team since 2016. She began her career as the Event and Foundation Assistant, advanced to Event Operations Manager, and was appointed Executive Director of the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation in January 2021. In her current role as Community Workforce & Foundation Executive Director, Kylee provides strategic leadership for both the Chamber’s education-focused Foundation initiatives and its community workforce efforts.

Kylee continues to oversee the Foundation’s education enrichment programs, student and teacher grants, and partnerships supporting public and private schools across South Baldwin County. In addition, she leads workforce development initiatives focused on building career pathways, aligning education and training with local employer needs, supporting youth and adult career development, and strengthening the region’s talent pipeline through school, employer, and community partnerships.
