The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation was honored to attend the Baldwin County Public Schools Teacher of the Year Banquet hosted by the Baldwin County Education Coalition. This annual event brings the community together to recognize and celebrate outstanding educators from across Baldwin County Public Schools.

More than 200 guests gathered to honor Teachers of the Year from each school, National Board Certified Teachers, and the Elementary and Secondary Counselors of the Year. The event serves as an important reminder of the impact educators have on students' lives every day and the role they play in preparing students for a bright future.

As a Foundation that serves many Baldwin County Public Schools through classroom grants, scholarships, leadership programs, and workforce development initiatives, it was especially meaningful for us to attend and celebrate the educators who serve the same students and schools we support throughout the year.

We are grateful to Terry Burkle and her team at the Baldwin County Education Coalition for hosting this special event each year to ensure educators across Baldwin County are recognized and celebrated for their dedication, passion, and commitment to students. Supporting education requires strong community partnerships, and we are proud to stand alongside organizations that champion public education in Baldwin County.

We are thankful for the opportunity to celebrate the educators who make a lasting difference in our community every day. Congratulations to the 2026 winners!
