The newest class of Junior Ambassadors launched their year with an exciting and energizing opening retreat at The Factory in Gulf Shores!

From high-flying jumps to wall climbs, the day was packed with activities designed to break the ice, build trust, and challenge our students to step out of their comfort zones. Through interactive team-building exercises, the group practiced communication, problem-solving, and collaboration—all skills they’ll put into action throughout the program.

One of the day’s highlights was a leadership styles workshop, where each Junior Ambassador explored their unique strengths and learned how different leadership approaches can work together to achieve shared goals. By the end of the retreat, new friendships had been formed, laughter was abundant, and the energy for the year ahead was unmistakable.
The retreat was more than just fun: it was the first step in a year-long journey of growth, service, and leadership development for these outstanding high school juniors. We can’t wait to see what this class accomplishes for our schools and community!
